During
- As mentioned in the "internal communications" section, we can produce a communications plan to help keep all employees informed and engaged in this process of change.
- We can also plan specific interventions to help integrate the cultures of the two organisations involved.
After
- As soon as the bidding process has begun, then you will need to be communicating about the change with your employees.
- Not much further down the line you will have to communicate with people in the target organisation.
- Once the contracts have been signed, integration requires further communications, as planned above.
