Services
Intra-Group Communication
Our signature service is built around solving problems of culture clash that are costing you money:
- If two regional offices are not sharing information and you are losing business.
- Or the marketing and customer support teams "just don't talk to each other."
- Or you've acquired a new business unit and "they just don't think like we do."

Organisational Silence
Of particular interest to the SME sector and heads of departments:
- Organisational silence (Morrison and Milliken, 2000) is a way of describing the kind of dysfuynction we have all worked with at one time or another. Employees no longer volunteer information about problems and concerns to colleagues and managers, only basic information moves around and the quality of work suffers accordingly.
- We have a range of techniques to begin to turn such serious situations around.

Process Design for Improved Communication
This service forms a part of many others, but can also be used as a standalone:
- Many business communication problems involve the passing of particular pieces of information on a regular basis.
- Very often businesses have already acquired technology to "make it happen."
- If it isn't working, then the problem usually lies with the human process involved in communicating (and recording) the information.
- We can analyse the flow of information and find ways to improve it, focusing on specific problem areas or general performance issues.

Internal Communications
Everything listed here involves "internal communications" but the term generally refers to some particular services which we also provide:
- "Communications Audits" using surveys and interview tools to assess the state of general communications in the organisation.
- The production and implementation of communication plans to improve communication with employees and thus improve employee engagement.

Merger and Acquistion Work
As the work of companies becomes ever more knowledge intensive, the people in an acquired organisation become ever more important element of the deal:
- Before - We provide "cultural due diligence," assessing a potential target for compatibility with your existing culture and to estimate the costs of integration.
- During - We can produce a communications plan to help keep all employees informed and engaged in this process of change. We can also plan specific interventions to help integrate the cultures of the two organisations involved.
- After - Once the process has been started we can provide resources to help implement such communications and cultural change plans.
